摘  要:以聚乳酸(PLA)、聚-β-羟丁酸(PHB)为原料,采用硬脂酸钠改性的碳酸钙(M-CaCO_(3))作填充剂进行共混,得到M-CaCO_(3)填充的PLA/PHB共混膜(PLA/PHB/M-CaCO_(3))。利用红外光谱分析硬脂酸钠改性CaCO_(3)的结构变化,探究不同质量分数的硬脂酸钠对CaCO_(3)沉降体积、吸油率等性能的影响,研究共混膜的透光率、力学性能、热学性能和表面微观结构。结果表明:质量分数为12%的硬脂酸钠对CaCO_(3)改性效果最好。加入M-CaCO_(3)后,共混膜的透光率下降,熔点和结晶性能提升。当M-CaCO_(3)的加入量为12%,共混膜的断裂伸长率达252%,表面微观结构均匀。M-CaCO_(3)填充的PLA/PHB共混膜均具有较好的降解能力,30 d时PLA/PHB/12%M-CaCO_(3)降解率可达27.86%。The PLA/PHB blend film filled with M-CaCO_(3)(PLA/PHB/M-CaCO_(3))was prepared by blending polylactic acid(PLA)and poly-β-hydroxybutyrate(PHB)with sodium stearate modified calcium carbonate(M-CaCO_(3))as filler.The structural changes of CaCO_(3)modified by sodium stearate were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,and the effects of different mass fractions of sodium stearate on the sedimentation volume and oil absorption rate of CaCO_(3)were investigated.The transmittance,mechanical properties,thermal properties and surface microstructure of the blend films were studied.The results show that sodium stearate with mass fraction of 12%has the best modification effect on CaCO_(3).After the addition of M-CaCO_(3),the transmittance of the blend film is decreased,and the melting point and crystallization performance are increased.When the addition of M-CaCO_(3)is 12%,the elongation at break of the blend film reaches 252%,and the surface microstructure is uniform.The PLA/PHB blend films filled with M-CaCO_(3)have good degradation ability,and the degradation rate of PLA/PHB/12%M-CaCO_(3)reaches 27.86%after 30 d.
