摘  要:由于聚乳酸(PLA)存在脆性大、韧性低的缺陷,通过纳米纤维素(NC)可改善PLA的力学性能。介绍了NC增强PLA复合材料的制备方法,并总结了NC在界面相容性、力学性能、热稳定性等方面对PLA的影响。研究指出采用熔融共混法制备PLA/NC复合材料,需注意共混时间和温度,NC在PLA中的分散性。采用溶液浇铸法,需注意溶剂的选择。静电纺丝法制备PLA/NC复合材料,需提升电纺效率。探索简单高效的制备方法和绿色加工生产技术,是未来PLA/NC复合材料研究重点关注的方向。Due to the high brittleness and low toughness of polylactic acid(PLA), the mechanical properties of PLA can be improved by nanocellulose(NC). The preparation methods of NC reinforced PLA composites were introduced, and the effects of NC on interfacial compatibility, mechanical properties and thermal stability of PLA are summarized. It is pointed out that the preparation of PLA/NC composites by melt blending method should pay attention to the blending time and temperature, and the dispersion of NC in PLA. The choice of solvent should be paid attention to in solution casting. For the preparation of PLA/NC composites by electrospinning, the electrospinning efficiency needs to be improved. Exploring simple and efficient preparation methods and green processing technology is the focus of future research on PLA/NC composites.
