摘 要:目的探讨不同组织学类型结直肠腺癌组织中环氧合酶-2(COX2)蛋白、错配修复蛋白及核蛋白Ki67(Ki67)表达的差异性。方法收集173例结直肠腺癌组织样本,用免疫组化检测COX2、错配修复蛋白及Ki67蛋白的表达情况。结果在173例结直肠腺癌患者中,管状腺癌140例、黏液腺癌22例和微乳头状结构腺癌11例。管状腺癌组、黏液腺癌组和微乳头状结构腺癌组的COX2蛋白阳性率分别为59.29%,27.27%和45.45%,错配修复蛋白阳性率分别为97.86%,95.45%和63.63%,Ki67蛋白阳性率分别为79.29%,50.00%和36.36%。黏液腺癌组的COX2蛋白阳性率与管状腺癌组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。微乳头状结构腺癌组的错配修复蛋白阳性率与其他2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);管状腺癌组的Ki67蛋白阳性率与其他2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论COX2蛋白、错配修复蛋白及Ki67蛋白的表达能够在免疫组化中辅助结直肠腺癌分型。Objective To investigate the differences in the expression of the cyclooxygenase-2 protein(COX2),mismatch repair protein and nuclear protein Ki67(Ki67)in different histological types of colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues.Methods Collect 173 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma tissue samples and use immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of COX2,mismatch repair protein,and Ki67.Results Among the 173 patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma,140 were tubular adenocarcinoma,22 were mucinous adenocarcinoma,and 11 were micropapillary adenocarcinoma.The positive rates of COX2 protein in the tubular adenocarcinoma,mucinous adenocarcinoma,and micropapillary adenocarcinoma groups were 59.29%,27.27%and 45.45%;the positive rates of mismatch repair protein were 97.86%,95.45%and 63.63%;the positive rates of Ki67 protein were 79.29%,50.00%and 36.36%,respectively.The COX2 protein positive rate of the mucinous adenocarcinoma group was compared with the tubular adenocarcinoma group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the other two groups,the positive rate of mismatch repair protein in the micropapillary adenocarcinoma group was statistically different(all P<0.05);the Ki67 positive rate in the tubular adenocarcinoma group was compared with the other two groups,and the difference was both statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of COX2 protein,mismatch repair protein and Ki67 can assist the classification of colorectal adenocarcinoma in immunohistochemistry.
