摘　　要：纤维化疾病是由于机体在多种刺激因子的作用下,驱动成纤维细胞增殖或者表型转化,使胶原蛋白表达增高,继而引起细胞外基质过度沉积,最终导致器官结构发生不可逆破坏的一系列疾病。成纤维细胞的活化和增殖是参与纤维化疾病发生过程非常重要的环节,而血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)是公认的影响成纤维细胞最重要的因子,在肺、肝、肾等纤维化疾病的发生、发展过程中产生关键作用。本文就PDGF在肺、肝、肾和心脏等纤维化中的作用进行综述,以期为纤维化疾病治疗靶点的选择提供新思路。Fibrotic diseases are a series of diseases that drive fibroblast proliferation or phenotypic transformation under the action of a variety of stimulating factors,increase the expression of collagen,then cause excessive deposition of extracellular matrix,and finally lead to irreversible destruction of organ structure.The activation and proliferation of fibroblasts are very important links in the occurrence of fibrotic diseases,and platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)is recognized as the most important factor affecting fibroblasts,which plays a key role in the occurrence and development of fibrotic diseases such as lung,liver and kidney.This paper reviews the role of PDGF in fibrosis of lung,liver,kidney and heart,in order to provide new ideas for the selection of therapeutic targets for fibrotic diseases.
