摘 要:硫参与形成的非共价相互作用与众多化学、物理及生命过程密切相关,在超分子化学、生命科学和晶体工程等领域中发挥着重要的作用.几何结构和能量性质是认识硫中心非共价相互作用的重要信息,但是对其进行精确测定在实验和理论方面都颇具挑战.微波光谱是实验测定气相分子几何结构的直接手段,对研究硫中心非共价相互作用具有重要意义.本文介绍了通过微波光谱探究硫中心非共价相互作用的结构和能量特征的研究进展,并指出硫中心非共价相互作用研究中尚待解决的科学问题,讨论了通过微波光谱探究硫中心非共价相互作用的发展趋势.Sulfur-centered non-covalent interactions are closely related to a variety of chemical,physical and biological processes,playing a critical role in the fields of supramolecular chemistry,life sciences and crystal engineering etc.Although geometrical structures and energetic properties are important information for understanding sulfur-centered non-covalent interactions,their precise determination remains a major experimental and theoretical challenge.Microwave spectroscopy is a direct method to experimentally determine the geometrical structures of gas-phase molecules,which is of great significance to study sulfur-centered non-covalent interactions.In this review,we introduced the research progress of sulfur-centered non-covalent interactions by microwave spectroscopy.We analyzed and summarized the structural and energetic characteristics of sulfur-centered non-covalent interactions.We also pointed out the scientific problems that remain unsolved in the study of sulfur-centered non-covalent interactions,and discussed the main topics regarding the nature of sulfur-centered non-covalent interactions using microwave spectroscopy.
