摘  要:以四氯化钛(TiCl_(4))与烯丙基聚碳硅烷(AHPCS)为原料,通过化学改性成功制备聚钛碳硅烷单源先驱体,通过高温裂解先驱体进而制得SiC-TiC复相陶瓷.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、热重分析及扫描电子显微镜研究反应合成的聚钛碳硅烷先驱体的交联、陶瓷化转变过程、微观结构演变和结晶行为.研究结果证实TiCl_(4)和AHPCS发生缩合反应,制得了Ti掺杂的聚合物先驱体,TiCl_(4)的加入还能够促进AHPCS的热交联,进而提高最终的陶瓷产率.制备的SiC-TiC复相陶瓷的相组成和微观结构可通过对先驱体的成分和结构设计进行调节,该方法操作简便易行,结果可靠性高,具有一定的普遍适用性.Polytitaniumcarbosilane single source precursor was successfully prepared via chemical modification with titanium tetrachloride(TiCl_(4))and allylpolycarbosilane(AHPCS)as raw materials.SiC-TiC composite ceramics were prepared from pyrolysis of the precursor at high temperatures.The cross-linking,ceramic transformation,microstructure evolution,and crystallization behavior of the precursor of the synthesized polytitaniumcarbosilane were studied with Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the condensation reaction of TiCl_(4)and AHPCS not only successfully prepared Ti-doped polymer precursor,but also promoted the hot cross-linking of AHPCS,and subsequently improved the final ceramic yield.The phase composition and microstructure of SiC-TiC composite ceramics are controllable through adjusting the composition and structure design of the precursor.The method is easy to operate,and the result is reliable and has certain universal applicability.
