摘 要:以集成电路为核心的半导体技术是军队数字化建设的基石,高端、安全、可靠的微电子组件对实现当前和下一代国防能力现代化至关重要,也是奠定战场优势的最重要因素之一。本文从研究美国国防部发布的《国防部数字现代化战略》入手,结合以集成电路为核心的半导体技术发展趋势,简明地阐析了人工智能芯片、智能传感器和通信系统芯片、非冯·诺依曼架构芯片和量子计算芯片等半导体技术前沿对发展云计算、人工智能、指挥控制与通信以及网络安全四大军事信息化核心领域的推动作用,并指出了当前非冯·诺依曼架构、边缘计算、网络安全等半导体前沿技术及其技术路线和实现途径与军事数字化的密切关联,为认识国防信息化战略中半导体技术的引擎作用提供了参考。Semiconductor technology with integrated circuits as its core is the cornerstone of military digital construction.High-end,safe and reliable microelectronic components are critical to realize the modernization of current and next-generation national defense capabilities and are one of the most important factors for establishing battlefield advantages.Beginning with the study of the U.S.Department of Defense’s release of the Department of Defense Digital Modernization Strategy,this paper briefly explains semiconductor frontier technologies such as artificial intelligence(AI)chips,intelligent sensors and communication system chips,non-von Neumann architecture chips,and quantum computing chips in the context of the development of cloud computing,AI,Command Control and Communication(C3),and cyber security as the four core main areas of military informatization.This paper also focuses on the current frontiers of semiconductor technologies,such as non-von Neumann architectures,edge computing,and cyber security,along with their technical roadmaps and implementation paths,while indicating their relevance to military digitization.Thus,it can serve as a reference for recognizing the engine role of semiconductor technologies in defense informatization strategy.
