摘  要:“马赛克战”是美军借助高新科技手段,结合未来战争趋势,为抵抗战略对手压力而提出的创新性作战概念。它能产生颠覆性的作战效果,对主要作战对手形成非对称优势。为了剖析“马赛克战”的特点及其制胜机理,本文首先从外部对手、作战优势和理论需求方面对“马赛克战”的提出背景进行分析,并将其与“网络中心战”“多域战”和“算法战”等作战概念进行对比,凝练出“马赛克战”灵活自主、分布式等特点;其次,在此基础上,从决策方式、作战样式和战争维度三个方面剖析了“马赛克战”对未来战争形态的影响;最后,从智能化建设、自主化决策和科技成果驱动三方面总结了“马赛克战”作战概念对军队的启示,旨在为军队作战模式转变提供参考。Mosaic Warfare is an innovative combat concept proposed by the U.S.military after considering future war trends,which resists the pressure of strategic opponents and uses high-tech means.It can produce subversive combat effects and form an asymmetric advantage over major combat opponents.To analyze the characteristics of Mosaic Warfare and its winning mechanism,this paper analyzes the background in terms of external opponents,operational advantages and theoretical needs,and compares it with“network-centric warfare”“multi-domain warfare”and“algorithmic warfare”and other combat concepts,while also examining the characteristics of Mosaic Warfare,such as flexibility,autonomy,and distribution.On this basis,the influence of Mosaic Warfare on future warfare is analyzed from three aspects:decision-making method,combat style and war dimension.Intelligent construction,autonomous decision-making and scientific and technological achievements are regarded as the main directions for improvement,and the application of the Mosaic Warfare combat concept to our army is summarized in order to provide a reference for transforming its combat mode.
