摘　　要：当前,基层农产品质量安全检验检测机构技术人员少,检测技术薄弱,难以满足农产品农药残留快速检测工作的需要,基层质检机构检测人员的专业能力有待提高。加强对基层检测人员在实验室基础知识、实验操作、数据分析等方面的培训,能够提高基层检测人员的检测能力和业务水平,有助于提升工作效率,确保从源头保障农产品质量安全。At present,the basic quality and safety inspection and testing institutions of agricultural products have few technical personnel and weak detection technology,which is difficult to meet the needs of rapid detection of agricultural pesticide residues.The professional ability of inspection personnel of basic quality inspection institutions needs to be improved.Strengthening the training of basic laboratory knowledge,experimental operation,data analysis and other aspects of grassroots testing personnel can improve the testing ability and business level of grassroots testing personnel,help to improve work efficiency,and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products from the source.
