摘  要:该文主要讲述某油田根据自身情况对平台的注水系统进行改造,以期达到一个稳定的注水环境,某油田自2017年10月3日投产之日起即启动注水泵注水。随着油井开启数量的增加,油田生产工艺处理系统处理分离出来的的水量也逐渐增加。注水泵运转过程中逐渐出现一系列故障现象,对油田的持续稳定注水造成很大影响,某油田顺利完成注水系统改造,保证注水的顺利完成,为平台注水开发和节能减排工作作出重要贡献。This paper mainly describes the transformation of the water injection system of this platform according to its own situation in an oil field in order to achieve a stable water injection environment.An oil field has started the water injection pump since the resumption of production on October 3,2017.With the increase of the number of oil wells opened,the water separated by the oilfield production process treatment system also increases gradually.A series of faults gradually appeared during the operation of the water injection pump,which had a great impact on the continuous and stable water injection of the oilfield.The transformation of the water injection system in an oil field was successfully completed,which ensured the smooth completion of water injection.It has made an important contribution to the platform water injection development and energy saving and emission reduction.
