摘　　要：现如今我国社会的市场竞争变得越发激烈,很多与机械生产制造有关的产业都对高性能的机械生产设备有更高的需求,同时为能够有效提高设备所带来的经济效益,就需要在维修费用方面进行缩减,而这就需要一种新型的设备维修方式。以往传统的设备维修方式明显已经不再能够满足当前社会发展的需求,因此对于机床设备的维修方式应该进行积极创新,深入了解当前机床设备维修所存在的问题,在研究问题的过程中找到解决问题的有效方案,建立完善的机床设备维修模式,提高机床设备的工作可靠性及稳定性。Nowadays,the market competition in our society is becoming more and more fierce,and many industries related to machinery manufacturing have a higher demand for high-performance mechanical production equipment;at the same time,in order to effectively improve the economic benefits brought by the equipment,it is necessary to reduce the maintenance cost,which requires a new way of equipment maintenance.It is obvious that the traditional equipment maintenance mode can no longer meet the needs of the current social development,so the maintenance mode of machine tool equipment should be innovated actively and have an in-depth understanding of the problems existing in the current machine tool equipment maintenance.While dealing with the problem,we should find an effective solution to solve the problem,establish a perfect maintenance mode of machine tool equipment,and improve the reliability and stability of machine tool equipment.
