摘 要:基于2001—2020年江西省11个地级市的空间面板数据,运用Bootstrap-Malmquist方法测算江西省粮食全要素生产率区域差异及变化趋势,通过空间SDM模型分析探讨粮食全要素生产率的增产效应。结果表明:近二十年来,江西省粮食全要素生产率呈现增长趋势,年平均增长率为1.56%,其中,技术效率年平均增长0.03%,技术进步年平均增长1.54%,技术进步是粮食全要素生产率增长的主要因素。江西省粮食全要素生产率与粮食产量存在显著空间溢出效应,邻市粮食全要素生产率对本市粮食产量存在负向溢出效应,具体表现为邻市粮食全要素生产率的增长会对本地区的粮食增产形成空间挤压。为此,提出加大农业科技投入力度、提高农业资源要素配置效率和构建差异化粮食生产策略等相关政策建议。Based on the spatial panel data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi Province from 2001-2020,the paper measured regional differences and trends in total factor productivity of grain in Jiangxi prov⁃ince by applying Bootstrap-Malmquist Method,and explored the yield increase effect of total factor productivi⁃ty of grain through spatial SDM model analysis.The results showed that in recent years,the total factor produc⁃tivity of grain in Jiangxi province had shown a growth trend with an average annual growth rate of 1.56 percent,Among which technical efficiency had increased by 0.03 percent and technical progress had increased by 1.54 percent annually,with technical progress being the main factor in the growth of total factor productivity of grain.There was a significant spatial spillover effect of total factor productivity of grain on grain production in Jiangxi Province,and neighboring cities showed a negative spillover effect of total factor productivity of grain on grain production in the city,which was manifested as the growth of grain total factor productivity in neigh⁃boring cities will form a spatial squeeze on the region’s grain production increase.To that end,policy recom⁃mendations are made to increase agricultural science and technology investment,improve agricultural resource factor allocation efficiency and develop a differentiated grain production strategy.
