摘 要:目的 对泌尿系统发育相关研究的现状及趋势进行文献计量研究和可视化分析。方法 使用Web of Science数据库核心合集,检索1990至2020年发表的泌尿系统发育相关的研究文献。应用文献计量学方法并结合R语言中的Bibliometrix包,对各年度发表的文献数量、期刊、第一作者及通信作者、国家、研究机构、研究领域、被引频次、关键词予以统计分析。应用VOSviewer软件对文章的关键词进行可视化聚类,并进行研究主题的演进过程桑基图和关键词战略坐标图分析。结果 共检索到4 064篇文献,最终纳入1 594篇。1990至2010年,平均每年发表(47.0±8.0)篇;2011至2020年发表数量上升,平均每年发表(60.6±5.9)篇。共有619本期刊发表过泌尿系统发育相关的文献,排名第1位的是Journal of Urology (81篇)。以第一作者身份发表相关文献的学者中,发表文献数量最多的是Gattone V H和Okada T(各5篇)。以通信作者身份发表相关文献的学者中,发表文献数量最多的是Nishinakamura R、Okada T、Potter S S(各7篇)。纳入文献来自55个国家,排名前3位的分别是美国(509篇)、日本(163篇)、中国(117篇)。纳入文献来自1 758家研究机构,排名第1位的是美国匹兹堡大学(101篇);中国医科大学(21篇)排名第31位。纳入文献共涉及93个研究领域,绝大多数涉及泌尿学/肾病学,其次是细胞生物学和发育生物学。纳入文献的总被引频次达51 353次,排名第1位的文献(938次)于1996年发表。纳入文献共有6 968个关键词,出现频次排名前5位的关键词分别是表达(326篇)、肾脏(163篇)、小鼠(161篇)、大鼠(147篇)以及细胞(143篇)。利用VOSviewer软件可视化分析显示,研究主要集中在两大类:肾脏发育异常相关疾病、泌尿系统发育基因表达和形态形成。研究主题的演进过程桑基图显示,1990至2020年,泌尿系统发育基因表达依然是研究的热点和焦点。关键词战略坐标图分�Objective To conduct a bibliometric and visual analysis of the current status and trends of international research on urinary system development. Method The core collection of the Web of Science database was used to search the literatures on urinary system development published from 1990 to 2020. The bibliometric method was performed and the Bibliometrix package in R language was used to analyze the number of documents published each year, journals, first authors and corresponding authors, countries, research institutions, research fields, citation frequencies, and keywords. The software VOSviewer was applied to visually cluster keywords. The Sankey diagram and the strategic coordinate chart of keywords were analyzed for the evolution of the research themes. Result A total of 4 064 articles were retrieved, and 1 594 articles related to the development of urinary system were finally included. From 1990 to 2010, an average of(47.0±8.0) articles were published every year. From 2011 to 2020, the number of publications increased, with an average of(60.6±5.9) articles per year. Totally 619 journals published urinary system development related articles, among which Journal of Urology was top(81 articles). As the first author, the number of articles published by Gattone V H and Okada T was tied for the first place( 5 articles each), and so was the number of articles published by Nishinakamura R, Okada T and Pot S S as the corresponding author(7 articles each). All the 1 594 articles were from 55 countries, among which the top three were the United States(509 articles), Japan(163 articles) and China(117 articles). All the 1 594 articles were from 1 758 institutions, among which the top was the University of Pittsburgh(101 articles). The number of articles published by China Medical University ranked 31st(21 articles). All the 1 594 articles were in 93 research fields, and the top three research fields were urology & nephrology, cell biology and developmental biology.
