摘　　要：超细旦氨纶丝一般和20 D/30 D等锦纶丝经高速空包一体机加工成空包纱,应用于无缝内衣上,可以改善内衣的弹性和柔性,但是氨纶丝底部在高速退绕时容易断头造成剩底。基于此,文章主要研究解决细旦氨纶丝在高速退绕时的剩底问题的方法。Ultra fine denier spandex yarn and 20 D/30 D nylon yarn are usually processed into empty package yarn by high-speed empty package machine, using on seamless underwear can improve the elasticity and flexibility of underwear. However, the bottom of spandex is easy to break when it is unwound at high speed resulting in the residual bottom. Based on this, this paper mainly studies the method to solve the problem of residual bottom of fine denier spandex yarn when it is unwound at high speed.
