摘　　要：为解决传统隧道钻爆法施工开挖装渣、混凝土衬砌及仰拱施工时,其他工序车辆通行受阻、混凝土衬砌边墙振捣安全性低、仰拱栈桥与仰拱模板配套应用难度大及现有空压机能耗大等问题,以丽香铁路中义隧道工程为依托,研制单线铁路隧道快速施工成套装备研制,包含一套自行式仰拱栈桥与边模板一体化设备、模架一体式大净空衬砌台车、窄体混凝土输送泵及窄体装载机设备。In the excavation and slag loading,concrete lining and invert construction of the traditional tunnel drilling and blasting method,there are some problems,such as traffic obstruction in other processes,poor vibration safety of concrete lining side wall,difficulty in the matching application of invert trestle and invert formwork,and high energy consumption of existing air compressor,etc.To solve these problems,this paper,based on the Lijiang-Shangrila Railway Zhongyi Tunnel Project,has discussed the complete equipment for the rapid construction of single-track railway tunnel,including a set of self-propelled invert trestle and side formwork integrated equipment,formwork and frame integrated lining jumbo with large clearance,narrow-body concrete pump and loader.
