摘　　要：国家铁路局发布《铁路计算机联锁工程检测规程》TB/T10436-2021(以下简称“规程”)行业标准,自2021年5月1日起实施。铁路计算机联锁是铁路信号技术装备,是铁路运输及安全的重要控制设备。规程充分借鉴和吸纳了中国铁路计算机联锁工程建设和检测经验,紧密结合《铁路车站计算机联锁技术条件》以及铁路信号工程设计、验收等相关标准内容,是《铁路信号工程施工质量验收标准》《高速铁路信号工程施工质量验收标准》的配套标准,适用于铁路计算机联锁工程检测。National Railway Administration has issued the Specification for Railway Engineering Test of Computer Based Interlocking(TB/T 10436-2021)(hereafer referred to as the Specification)which will come into effect on May 1,2021.Railway computer based interlocking is the technical equipment of railway signal and the important control equipment of railway transportation and safety.The Specification,with full reference to the construction and testing experience of computer based interlocking in Chinese railway engineering,in close combination with Computer Based Interlocking Technical Specifications(TB/T 3027-2015)and the relevant standards of railway signal engineering design and acceptance,is the supporting standards of Standard for Acceptance of Signaling Works in Railway and Standard for Acceptance of Signaling Works in High-speed Railvay.
