摘　　要：建设新时代文明实践中心是中国共产党成立一百年来文化建设的新成就。新时代文明实践中心建设,本质上是通过政府搭台,以群众性精神文明实践活动为动力、过程和重要抓手,促进县域经济、政治、文化、社会和生态文明协调发展,提升基层社会治理水平。在当前新时代文明实践中心建设初见成效的基础上,应当进一步探索新时代文明实践中心建设的路径,以坚实的理论为支撑,以对文明实践的精准理解为基础,充分发挥群众主体作用,体系化打造建设队伍,以凸显本土文化资源为品牌形象,以丰富的服务项目和活动为内涵,有机融合各方力量,加强和完善新时代文明实践中心建设。Constructing the civilization practice center in the new era is CPC’s new cultural construction achievement since its founding one hundred years ago.In essence,its construction in the new era is to promote the coordinated development of economy,politics,culture,society and ecological civilization at the national level and improve the social governance capacity at the grassroots level through the platform built by the government with people’s spiritual civilization activities as the driving force,process and starting point.On the basis of the achievement in its construction,the construction of the civilization practice center in the new era should be further explored with the support of solid theory.Based on accurate understanding of civilization practice,the principal role of the masses should be given full play to,for the purpose of building a systematic construction team to highlight the local culture resources as the brand image.With rich service projects and activities as the connotation,all forces will organically be integrated to strengthen and improve the construction of the center in the new era.
