摘 要:加快发展保障性租赁住房重要决策部署,解决好合肥市新市民、青年人等群体住房困难问题是合肥市“十四五”时期的重要任务。在摸清合肥市租赁住房交易情况、保障性租赁住房需求特征的基础上,探索合肥市加快保障性租赁住房发展面临的痛点、堵点和难点问题,并提出增加保障性租赁住房有效供给、保持租赁住房供需平衡、提供合理租赁住房产品、建立科学的运行管理机制、简化保障性租赁房审批流程和创新财政金融支持政策等发展路径。Based on a survey of the rental housing transactions in Hefei,the characteristics of the rental housing demand of the low-rent population,and the influential factors in view of the obstacles,pains and difficulties in the development of new citizens and young people’s social rental housing,it puts that the effective supply of affordable rental housing is to be increased,a balance between supply and demand for rental housing maintained,reasonable housing products provided,an operational mechanism for affordable rental housing established,the approval process simplified,and the new financial support to accelerate the development of affordable rental housing created.
