摘 要:目的:总结骨孔式探头B超在神经外科微创手术中的应用经验,探讨其应用价值。方法:收集某医院施行骨孔探头B超引导穿刺手术的27例患者,其中脑积水分流手术15例、颅脑创伤颅内压监护脑室探头置入术6例、脑脓肿穿刺外引流术3例、颅内囊肿穿刺内引流术3例。术中应用骨孔探头对颅内靶区进行定位并引导穿刺,术后统计患者治疗效果及恢复情况。结果:27例患者术中超声探头均清晰探查到靶区、且可精准指导穿刺角度及深度,术后均达到满意的治疗效果、无新发神经功能障碍及严重并发症形成。结论:骨孔式探头B超是微创、有效的颅内靶区定位装置,操作简便、安全,在神经外科治疗中具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective:To summarize the preliminary application experience of B-ultrasound with bone hole probe in minimally invasive neurosurgery and to explore its application value.Methods:27 patients who underwent B-ultrasound-guided puncture with bone hole probe in center were collected,including 15 cases of ventriculoperitoneal shunt operation,6 cases of intracranial pressure probe ventricular implantation,3 cases of brain abscess puncture and external drainage,and 3 cases of intracranial cyst puncture and peritoneal drainage.During the operation,the bone hole probe was used to locate the intracranial target area and guide the puncture.After the operation,the treatment effect and recovery of patients were recorded.Results:The bone hole probe could clearly detect the target area and accurately guide the puncture in 27 cases.All patients achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect without new neurological dysfunction and serious complications.Conclusion:B-ultrasound with bone hole probe is a minimally invasive and effective locating device for intracranial targets.It is simple and safe to operate which has important application value in neurosurgery.
