心理干预联合人文关怀在Wilson病患者心理护理中的效能评估

摘　　要：目的:探讨症状自评量表(SCL-90)及简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)测查心理干预联合人文关怀在Wilson病(WD)患者心理护理中的应用价值。方法:将118例WD患者按照单双数抽签分组法分为两组。将实施临床常规护理干预的患者纳入对照组,将额外开展心理干预与人文关怀护理干预的患者纳入观察组。对所有患者在干预前后采用SCL-90及SCSQ进行评价和比较。结果:两组患者干预后SCL-90各因子评分及SCSQ评分均优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者SCL-90各因子评分及SCSQ评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预联合人文关怀能明显改善WD患者的不同心理症状,利用SCL-90和SCSQ不仅能够有效评价患者的临床心理状态水平,而且对于促进患者快速康复具有重要的指导意义。Objective:To explore the application value of symptom Self-rating Scale(SCL-90)and Simplified Coping style Questionnaire(SCSQ)psychological intervention combined with humanistic care in psychological nursing of Wilson's disease(WD)patients.Methods:A total of 118 WD patients were divided into 2 groups according to odd and even numbers.The patients who carried out clinical routine nursing intervention were included in the control group,and the patients who carried out additional psychological intervention and humanistic care nursing intervention were included in the observation group.All patients were evaluated and compared using SCL-90 and SCSQ before and after the intervention.Results:SCL-90 factor score and SCSQ score of control group and observation group after intervention were better than before intervention,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The SCL-90 factor scores and SCSQ scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group after intervention,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention combined with humanistic care can significantly improve the different psychological symptoms of WD patients.The use of SCL-90 and SCSQ scales can not only effectively evaluate the clinical psychological state level of patients,but also have important guiding significance for promoting rapid recovery of patients.
