摘　　要：本文以灭火防护服岗位标识臂章为例,详细介绍了灭火防护服岗位标识臂章的设计与生产过程,在依照国家标准有关规定并兼顾到需求方对于产品的多种特殊实际要求的情况下,从产品的功能定位到产品的设计构成和目标实现,再到各种材料的选择、织物组织构成和织造、产品工艺流程设计及制作方法、阻燃处理的具体操作、产品质量保证规定和各项理化性能指标检测及检验方法以及生产中常见问题和解决方法等方面逐一进行介绍和说明,为进一步研究和开发同类产品提供参考和借鉴。Taking the armband of the post mark of fire-fighting protective clothing as an example,this paper introduces in detail its design and production process.Taking into consideration of relevant provisions of national standards and special practical requirements,it discusses product function positioning,product design,materials selection,fabric structure and weaving,production process,manufacturing methods,operation of flame retardant treatment,product quality assurance provisions and various physical and chemical performance indicators,testing methods,as well as common problems around them.
