摘 要:为确定长期车辆荷载作用下低路堤的应力计算模型,设计了低路堤足尺试验模型,测试了低路堤在车辆静载、短期动荷载和长期动荷载作用下的应力和应变值,试验结果表明短期动荷载作用下低路堤的应力分别为静载和长期动荷载作用下的0.78~0.95倍和0.71~0.88倍,应变分别为静载和长期动荷载作用下的0.77~0.95倍和0.27~0.47倍。长期动荷载作用下低路堤的应力为静载作用下应力的1.01~1.1倍,应变为静载作用下应变的1.88~3.30倍,因此计算车辆荷载作用下低路堤的应力时,需要考虑车辆荷载的长期作用效应。基于车辆集中荷载和均布荷载作用下传统路基应力计算公式,提出了长期车辆荷载作用下低路堤应力的计算公式,依据模型试验结果,确定了车辆荷载长期作用效应系数P_(c)=σ_(i)(A-A_(t))E_(c)/E_(t)+σ_(i)A_(t)的取值范围为1.15~1.5,为计算车辆荷载长期作用下低路堤的应力提供了参考。In order to determine the stress calculation model of low embankment under long term vehicle loading, a full-scale test model of low embankment is designed. The stress and strain values of low embankment under static load, short-term dynamic load and long-term dynamic load are tested. The test results show that the stress of low embankment under short-term dynamic load is 0.78 ~ 0.95 times and 0.71 ~ 0.88 times of that under static load and long-term dynamic load, the strain is 0.77 ~ 0.95 times and 0.27 ~ 0.47 times under static load and long-term dynamic load respectively. The stress of low embankment under long-term dynamic load is 1.01 ~ 1.1 times of that under static load, and the strain is 1.88 ~ 3.30 times of that under static load. Therefore, the long-term effect of vehicle load should be considered when calculating the stress of low embankment under vehicle load. Based on the traditional formula of subgrade stress under vehicle concentrated load and uniform load, the calculation formula of low embankment stress under long-term vehicle load is proposed. According to the model test results, the value range of long-term effect coefficient of vehicle load is determined to be 1.15 ~ 1.5, which provides a reference for calculating the stress of low embankment under long-term vehicle load.
