摘  要:干拌水泥碎石桩是一项施工快捷、高效的新型加固技术。依托青海省牙同高速公路水毁恢复完善工程,采用复合模量法对干拌水泥碎石桩技术进行了深入研究,建立了干拌水泥碎石桩复合模量法结构计算模型,促生了干拌水泥碎石桩加固路基的设计新理念,提出了适用于青海省高速公路路基加固的干拌水泥碎石桩设计方法。通过桩基的静载试验与重型动力触探试验,结合地基的弯沉试验与土体性质对比试验,对干拌水泥碎石桩复合地基进行了路基检测,表明桩体有显著的吸排水效果,桩体间土体夯实挤密作用良好,改善了路基的变形与承受荷载的状况,验证了干拌水泥碎石桩加固路基设计方法的可行性。Dry-mixed cement gravel pile is a new type of reinforcement technology with quick and efficient construction. Based on the flooded recovery project of the Yashiga-Tongren Expressway in Qinghai Province, the composite modulus method is used to conduct in-depth studies of the technical theory of dry-mixed cement gravel piles, and a structural calculation model for the composite modulus method of dry-mixed cement gravel piles is established, which facilitates the design concept of dry-mixed cement gravel piles to strengthen the roadbed. The design method of road surface deflection shape is applied to the project practice of Yashiga-Tongren Expressway, and the design method of dry-mixed cement gravel pile suitable for Qinghai Expressway roadbed reinforcement is proposed. The dry-mixed cement gravel pile composite foundation has been tested for roadbed testing through the static load test and heavy dynamic cone penetration test of the pile foundation, the deflection test of the composite foundation and the comparison test of the soil properties, which show that the pile body has a significant drainage effect. The soil between the piles has a good compaction effect, which improves the deformation of the roadbed and the load-bearing condition, and verifies the feasibility of the design method of dry-mixed cement gravel piles to strengthen the roadbed.
