摘 要:为系统研究由在役桥梁更换下来的退役支座的质损病害和剩余力学性能,以润扬大桥更换下来的退役盆式支座为例,开展支座外观检测与力学性能试验的研究,以确定服役支座更换的质损病害;开展退役支座性能提升技术研究,并进行试验验证。研究结果表明,退役支座的质损病害是耐磨板发生严重磨损,导致摩擦系数增大至0.05,改变了桥梁原有约束体系,并增加了支座锚棒被剪断的风险;采用更换耐磨板的再制造方案是可行的,可实现对退役支座的二次利用,减少资源浪费。In order to systematically study the quality damage and residual mechanical properties of decommissioned bearings under replacement of in-service bridges, taking the decommissioned basin bearing of the Runyang Bridge that replaced as an example, the research on bearing appearance inspection and mechanical property test is carried out, and the quality damage defects of in-service bearing for replacement is determined. Further the studies of performance improvement technology of decommissioned bearing is carried out. Verification is conducted through test. The results show that the quality damage of decommissioned bearings is the severe abrasion of wear-resistant plates, which increases the friction coefficient up to 0.05 and changes the original restraint system of the bridge, and consequently increases the risk of bearing anchor rod being cut off. By replacing the wear-resistant plate can realize the secondary utilization of decommissioned bearings and reduce the waste of resources.
