摘  要:为提高公路服务区项目投资决策与运营管理水平,围绕适用于公路服务区项目成功度后评价的指标体系与云模型开展研究。首先,从建设规模匹配度、设施配置适应性、运营效益满意度等3个方面,构建了涵盖交通流量、设施状况和经济效益等9个维度的后评价指标体系;其次,采用最小二乘法最小化组合权重与主客观权重偏差的平方和,确定了各指标的最优组合权重,并引入马氏距离计算云相似度,由此建立后评价云模型;最后,选取四川省某服务区R为实例进行后评价研究。结论为Ⅱ(成功),与该服务区实际运营效果相符,从而验证了所建指标体系的合理性和后评价模型的有效性,为公路服务区项目的经营者和管理者提供参考。To improve the level of investment decision and operation management for highway service areas, studies are carried out in terms of the index system and cloud model of success degree post-evaluation. Firstly, from the three aspects of construction scale matching, facility configuration adaptability, and operational benefit satisfaction, a post-evaluation index system covering nine dimensions including traffic flow, facility status and economic benefits has been constructed;secondly, the least square method is used to minimize the sum of squares of the combination weight and the deviation of the subjective and objective weights, the optimal combination weight of each index is determined, and the Mahalanobis distance is introduced to calculate the cloud similarity, thereby establishing the post-evaluation cloud model;finally, the service area R in Sichuan Province is selected to carry out post-evaluation study. The conclusion is Ⅱ(success), which is consistent with the actual operation status of the service area, and thereby verifies the rationality of the established index system and the validity of the post-evaluation model, which can provide reference for the operators and managers of the highway service area project.
