摘　　要：近年来,快递外卖人员交通违法行为多发,给道路交通安全和生产生活带来了一定的风险隐患,公安交管、邮政及相关行业部门普遍重视快递外卖配送人员的交通安全宣传教育。本文采用高斯模型聚类方法对涉及快递外卖人员交通违法行为引发的交通事故数据进行聚类分析与分类分级,从宣教内容、宣教途径和效果评估等角度提出面向快递外卖人员的交通安全精准化宣传教育策略及方法,为开展快递外卖人员的交通安全精准化宣传教育提供支撑。In recent years, there have been frequent traffic violations by couriers and take-away deliverymen, which has brought certain risks to road traffic safety and production and life. Public security traffic management, postal services and related industry departments generally attach great importance to the traffic safety publicity and education of couriers and take-away deliverymen. In this paper, the Gaussian model clustering method is used to cluster, analyze and classify the traffic accident data related to the traffic violations caused by the couriers and take-away deliverymen, and propose a precise traffic safety publicity and education strategies and methods for the couriers and take-away deliverymen from the content, approaches and effect evaluation, providing support for the precise traffic safety publicity and education for courier and take-away deliverymen.
