摘 要:目的 对菊科植物杭白菊中的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定,为该植物资源开发利用提供依据。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、制备液相色谱等分离方法对杭白菊乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质以及氢谱(^(1)H-NMR)和碳谱(^(13)C-NMR)数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 从杭白菊中分离并鉴定出12个化合物,分别为:5,3’,4’-trihydroxyl-3,6,7-trimethyl flavones (1)、槲皮素(2)、洋艾素(3)、木犀草素(4)、芹菜素(5)、染料木苷(6)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-芸香苷(7)、橙皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(8)、圣草酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、咖啡酸甲酯(11)、水杨酸(12)。结论 最后得出化合物1、6从该属中首次分离得到,化合物7、8、9从该植物中首次分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.and determine their chemical structures to provide a basis for the development and utilization of the plant resources.Methods The constituents from the ethanol extract of the flower of C.morifolium were separated and purified by normal silica gel,reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and preparation HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified according to physicochemical properties,hydrogen spectrum(1 H-NMR) and carbon spectrum(13 C-NMR) data.Results Twelve compounds were finally obtained from ethyl acetate of C.morifolium and the structures were identified as 5,3’,4’-trihydroxyl-3,6,7-trimethyl flavones(1),quercetin(2),artemetin(3),luteolin(4),apigenin(5),genistein-7-O-β-D-glucoside(6),apigenin-7-O-β-D-rutinoside(7),hesperetin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide(8),eriodictyol-7-O-β-D-glucoside(9),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(10),caffeic acid methylate(11),salicylis acid(12).Conclusion Compounds 1,6 were isolated from this genus for the first time,and compounds 7,8,9 were firstly isolated from C.morifolium.
