摘　　要：目的 优化大黄芒硝凝胶剂的处方工艺并进行质量评价。方法 采用星点设计-效应面法(CCD-RSM)筛选大黄芒硝凝胶剂处方的用量,并对最优处方制成大黄芒硝凝胶剂进行质量评价。结果 大黄芒硝凝胶剂制备处方制剂的成型性、涂展性、光泽度、均匀度、pH值及稳定性均良好;用高效液相色谱荧光检测法(HPLC-FLD)和离子色谱法(IC)能快速测定大黄芒硝凝胶剂中指标性成分。结论 成功将大黄配伍芒硝制成最优复方凝胶剂;通过建立高效液相色谱荧光检测法(HPLC-FLD)和离子色谱法能高效、快速、简便对大黄芒硝凝胶剂关键药用成分进行质量评价,以期加快实现大黄-芒硝配伍凝胶剂在临床中的应用。Objective To optimize the formulation process of rhubarb mirabilite gel and evaluate its quality.Methods Central composite design-response surface method(CCD-RSM) was used to screen the dosage of rhubarb and mirabilite gelatin,and the quality of rhubarb and mirabilite gelatin prepared by the optimal prescription was evaluatedResults The optimal formulation was obtained,and the optimal formulation had good formability,coating ductility,gloss,uniformity,pH value and stability.The index components in rhubarb mirabilite gel can be determined quickly by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD) and ion chromatography(IC).Conclusion Rhubarb and mirabilite were successfully prepared as the optimal compound gel agent.High performance liquid chromatography fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD) and ion chromatography can be established to evaluate the quality of key medicinal components of rhubarb mirabilite gel efficiently,quickly and simply,in order to accelerate the clinical application of rhubarb mirabilite gel compatibility.
