摘　　要：培养既掌握大数据、人工智能等技术又通晓金融理论的金融科技人才,符合国家大战略。针对地方性高校“计算机+金融”复合型人才培养需求,提出科学制订应用型人才培养方案、科研引导、改革教学方法及优化实验内容的路径,在金融学专业的计算机基础系列课程中采用“证券交易数据管理”为实践项目,在计算机专业的移动软件编程基础课程中采用“金融大数据+Hadoop+移动端交互”为综合开发大案例的实践探索让两专业学生受益。It is in line with the national strategy to cultivate fintech talents who not only master big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies but also understand financial theories.In view of the needs of"computer+finance"compound talents training in local colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the paths of scientifically formulating application-oriented talents training programs,encouraging interdisciplinary research in computer science and finance,reforming teaching methods and optimizing experimental contents.In the basic computer courses of finance major,"data management of securities trading"is adopted as the practice project.In the course of mobile software programming for computer major,"financial big data+Hadoop+mobile interaction"is adopted as a big case of comprehensive development.These practical explorations benefit students of both majors.
