智慧农业发展的现状、问题及对策研究——以山东省为例

摘　　要：通过问卷和实地调研发现智慧农业目前主要存在人才制约、资金制约、生产规模制约、基础研究和技术水平制约及数字基础设施不健全等问题;针对这些问题,提出以下对策,提供必要的资金支持、制定相应支持政策和吸引高素质人才,培育农民工人及相关技术人才、加快数字农业建设等,实现更快推进智慧农业发展的目的。Through questionnaire and field investigation, find that there are some problems in smart agriculture, such as talent restriction, capital restriction, production scale restriction, basic research and technical level restriction, imperfect digital infrastructure and so on. In order to solve these problems, the following countermeasures are put forward, providing necessary financial support, formulating corresponding support policies, attracting high-quality talents, cultivating peasant workers and related technical personnel, speeding up the construction of digital agriculture and so on. To achieve the goal of faster development of smart agriculture.
