摘 要:心血管疾病是一种对人类健康构成严重威胁的常见病,病死率高,预后差,对社会造成了巨大的经济和卫生负担。尽管对心血管疾病进行了广泛的研究,但其发病机制仍不清楚。众多研究表明,Toll样受体(TLRs)是一种模式识别受体,在心血管疾病的发生与发展过程中,可通过激活细胞内多种信号传导途径,介导炎症、自然免疫反应。作为TLRs的关键成员,TLR5可以通过髓样分化蛋白88依赖或非依赖信号途径调控促炎因子、趋化因子和细胞膜表面分子的表达,参与多种心血管疾病。本文将系统总结TLR5在多种心血管疾病中的作用,以期为解决心血管的难题提供新思路。Cardiovascular disease is a common disease that poses a serious threat to human health.High mortality accompanied with poor prognosis impose a huge economic and health burden on society.Despite the wide research in cardiovascular diseases,much specific pathogenesis remain unclear.Numerous studies have shown that toll-like receptors(TLRs) belong to the member of pattern recognition receptors.TLRs activate inflammatory response and mediate innate immune response through cellular signaling pathways,which are involved in the development of cardiovascular diseases.TLR5,a key member of TLRs,regulates the expression of pro-inflammatory factors,chemokines and cell membrane surface molecules through myeloid differential protein-88-dependent or independent manner by its ligand.This paper summarizes the role of TLR5 in the development of multiple cardiovascular diseases to provide new strategy for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.
