摘　　要：目的分析电化学发光法(ECL)和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测乙肝病毒(HBV)感染血清标志物的效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年2月南阳市中心医院收治的122例HBV感染患者,按照随机数字表法分为ELISA组和ECL组,每组61例。ECL组采用ECL检测,ELISA组采用ELISA进行检测。分析两种检测方法检测HBV感染的结果[乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙肝表面抗体(HBsAb)、乙肝e抗原(HBeAg)、乙肝e抗体(HBeAb)、乙肝核心抗体(HBcAb)]。结果ECL组HBsAg、HBsAb阳性检出率较ELISA组高(P<0.05)。ECL组检测成本为(124.96±11.29)元,ELISA组检测成本为(6.94±0.72)元,ECL组检测成本较ELISA组高(t=81.479,P<0.05)。结论与ELISA相比,采用ECL检测临床应用效果显著,可提升HBV感染患者血清标志物阳性率,但检测成本偏高,临床可根据实际情况选择检测方式。Objective To analyze the effect of electrochemiluminescence(ECL)and enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)on detecting serum markers of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Methods A total of 122 HBV infected patients in Nanyang Central Hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into ELISA group and ECL group,with 61cases in each group.ECL group was detected by ECL and ELISA group was detected by ELISA.The results of detecting HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb in serum of patients with HBV infection were analyzed.Results The positive rates of HBsAg and HBsAb in ECL group were higher than those in ELISA group(P<0.05).The cost of detection was(124.96±11.29)yuan in ECL group and(6.94±0.72)yuan in ELISA group.The cost of detection in ECL group was higher than that in ELISA group(t=81.479,P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with ELISA,ECL detection has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the positive rate of serum markers in patients with HBV infection,but the detection cost is high,so the clinical detection method can be selected according to the actual situation.
