摘 要:枸杞是典型的配子体型自交不亲和经果林树种,生产上授粉树的合理选配及杂交亲本的优良组合均受限于自交亲和指数及S-RNase基因。本文系统介绍了运用杂交授粉试验、蛋白质产物分析、cDNA克隆技术、DNA序列分析和靶向测序基因型分型技术等确定枸杞自交不亲和基因型的研究进展,总结运用不同技术研究枸杞自交不亲和性的成果并对比分析各技术的优点和不足,以期为枸杞遗传育种研究提供有价值的参考,为生产上合理选配授粉树提供基础理论依据。Lycium barbarum L.is a typical gametophytic self-incompatibility fruit forest.The reasonable selection of pollination trees and the excellent combination of hybrid parents are limited by the self-compatibility index and S-RNase gene.In this paper,the technical progress of determining the self-incompatibility genotypes of Lycium barbarum L.by hybridzation pollination test,protein product analysis,cDNA cloning technology,DNA sequence analysis and targeted sequencing genotyping technology were systematically introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of each technique in determining self-incompatibility genotypes of Lycium barbarum L.were compared and analyzed.The results of self-incompatibility study of Lycium barbarum L.by using different techniques were summarized,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the rational selection of pollination trees in production,and provide a valuable reference for the genetic and breeding research of Lycium barbarum L..
