摘 要:针对新景煤矿特厚泥岩顶板条件下8128进风巷变形破坏的问题,采用现场观测及试验分析等方法对巷道顶板破坏特征进行分析,并对支护参数进行了优化。现场实践结果表明,采用优化支护方案后,巷道在掘进期间的顶板最大下沉量为111.3 mm,两帮最大移进量为72.8 mm,在回采期间顶板的最大下沉量为374 mm,两帮最大移进量为248 mm,围岩整体变形量较小,满足矿井安全生产需求。Aiming at the deformation and failure of 8128 intake roadway under the condition of extra thick mudstone roof in Xinjing Coal Mine, the failure characteristics of roadway roof were analyzed by field observation and experimental analysis,and the support parameters were optimized. The field practice results show that after adopting the optimized support scheme, the maximum roof subsidence of roadway during tunneling is 111.3 mm, the maximum displacement of two sides is72.8 mm, the maximum roof subsidence during mining is 374 mm, and the maximum displacement of two sides is 248 mm.The overall deformation of surrounding rock is small, which meets the needs of mine safety production.
