摘  要:乌东煤矿低变质易自燃煤层在综采放顶煤工作面末采回撤阶段,由于回撤周期长、采空区漏风供氧等因素,采空区极易出现自然发火。通过利用低温氮气注入回撤工作面采空区,采空区三带范围缩小且向支架方向前移,采空区平均温度由28℃降至5~10℃,CO浓度稳定在10 ppm以下,采空区遗煤自燃得到有效防控,确保了工作面安全回撤。Wudong coal mine low metamorphic spontaneous combustion coal seam in fully mechanized top coal caving face end mining withdrawal stage, due to the withdrawal period is long, goaf air leakage oxygen supply and other factors, goaf prone to spontaneous combustion. By injecting low temperature nitrogen into the goaf of the working face, the three zones of the goaf are narrowed and moved forward to the support. The average temperature of the goaf is reduced from 28℃ to 5 ~10℃, and the CO concentration is stable below 10 ppm. The spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf is effectively prevented and controlled, and the safe withdrawal of the working face is ensured.
