摘  要:为了考察均相催化湿式氧化技术对高浓有机废水的处理效果,采用该技术分别对实际项目中垃圾渗滤液高浓废水、环己二酮废水、丙烯酸废水等高浓度有机工业废水进行处理,分别考察了反应温度、反应时间、氧气量、催化剂用量等因素对实际处理效果的影响。确定了最佳处理工艺参数:反应温度260℃,反应时间2 h,氧气用量为理论用量的1.2倍,催化剂用量为500 mg/L。三种工业废水在对应的工艺条件下,处理后废水COD和TOC去除率可达到82%以上,可生化性得到明显改善。结果表明了均相催化湿式氧化技术对高浓有机废水具有较好的工程可行性及应用价值。In order to investigate the treatment effect of homogeneous catalytic wet oxidation technology on high concentration organic wastewater,in this paper,this technology was used to treat high concentration organic industrial wastewater such as landfill leachate high concentration wastewater,cyclohexanedione wastewater and acrylic acid wastewater in the actual project.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,oxygen amount and catalyst amount on the actual treatment effect were investigated.The optimum treatment process parameters were determined:reaction temperature 260℃,reaction time 2 h,oxygen dosage 1.2 times of theoretical dosage and catalyst dosage 500 mg/L.Under the corresponding process conditions,the removal rates of COD and TOC of the treated wastewater are more than 82%,and the biodegradability has been significantly improved.The results show that homogeneous catalytic wet oxidation technology has good engineering feasibility and application value for high concentration organic wastewater.
