摘 要:以户太8号、金手指、巨峰等7种欧美杂交葡萄品种和红巴拉多、红提、克伦生等7种欧亚种葡萄为试材,通过测定叶面积、鲜重,计算比叶重,观察叶显微结构,进一步分析不同品种葡萄的耐弱光性。测定数据进行标准化处理后代入各主成分表达式和综合主成分计算模型中计算,得到各葡萄品种耐弱光性综合评分。结果表明:各葡萄品种耐弱光性评价为巨峰>夏黑>香悦>蜀葡一号>户太8号>红提>玫瑰香>瑞都红玉>克伦生>红巴拉多>美人指>巨玫瑰>阳光玫瑰>金手指。综上所述,各葡萄品种耐弱光性差异显著,其中以巨峰的耐弱光性表现最优。在四川盆地,弱光因素影响突出的情况下,结合葡萄早晚熟性,可种植巨峰、夏黑、香悦、蜀葡一号和红提等品种葡萄。The paper took Hutai No.8,Gold Finger,Kyoho and other 7 kinds of European-American Hybrid grapes and Balado Red,Red Globe,Crimson Grape and other 7 kinds of Eurasian grapes as experimental materials.By measuring leaf area and fresh weight,calculating specific leaf weight and observing leaf microstructure,the low light tolerance of different grape varieties was further analyzed.After standardized processing,the measured data were calculated into principal component expression and comprehensive principal component calculation model to obtain the comprehensive score of low light tolerance of each grape variety.The results showed that the low light tolerance of each grape variety was evaluated as follows:Kyoho>Summer Black>Xiang Yue>Shupu No.1>Hutai No.8>Red Globe>Muscat Hamburg>Ruidu Hongyu>Crimson>Balado Red>Manicure Finger>Jumeigui>Shine Muscat>Gold Finger.In conclusion,there are significant differences in low light tolerance among grape varieties,among which Kyoho has the best low light tolerance.In the Sichuan Basin,Under the condition that the influence of low light factors is prominent,combined with the morning and evening ripening of grapes,grapes such as Kyoho,Summer Black,Xiang Yue,Shupu No.1 and Red Globe can be planted.
