摘　　要：针对现阶段电力企业由于供需不平衡而引起电力耗电量较高的问题,设计基于电力市场需求侧的电力负荷错峰管理方法。提取出电力用户的用电行为特征,分析电力负荷特征;以电力市场需求侧为基础,划分出电力负荷时段,找出电力负荷的尖峰、高峰、平齐、低谷时段;根据划分的负荷时段,转移峰期负荷,在不同的时段进行不同的负荷管理方式,进而实现电力负荷错峰节能管理。采用实例分析的方式,验证了应用该管理方法后的耗电量降低了一倍左右,耗电量较低,具有更好的节能效果。In view of the current problem of high power consumption due to the imbalance between supply and demand in electric power enterprises,the power load off-peak shift management method based on the demand side of the electricity market is designed.Extract the power behavior characteristics of power users and analyze the power load characteristics;based on the demand side of the power market,divide thepower load period,find out the peak,peak,leveling and trough period of the power load;transfer the peak load in different periods to realize the power load offpeak energy saving management.Through example analysis,the power consumption of the management method is about doubled,and the power consumption is low and has better energy saving effect.
