5G网络独立组网中融合计费方案的研究

摘　　要：5G网络独立组网(Stand Alone,SA)为5G核心网+5G基站模式,而5G网络非独立组网(Non-Stand Alone,NSA)为4G与5G混合组网形式,属于向5G网络发展过渡的解决方案,可以达到降低5G组网成本的目的。由于5G网络SA组网进行了整个网络架构的重建,采用了虚拟技术、服务化接口并精简了核心网结构,因此与其配套的计费方案也需要进行重构。基于5G网络SA组网,分析了4G/NSA计费向5G/SA融合计费的演化过程,明确了5G/SA融合计费的特点与优势,并针对融合计费关键网元与功能、计费流程、计费的实现等进行了论述,以促进5G/SA融合计费方案的持续优化与改进,打造经济可行且敏捷高效的融合计费方案。The 5G network Stand Alone(SA)is a 5G core network+5G base station mode,while the 5G network Non-Stand Alone(NSA)is a mixed networking form of 4G and 5G,which belongs to the transition to 5G network development.The solution can achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of 5G networking.Since the 5G network SA network has reconstructed the entire network structure,adopted virtual technology,service-oriented interfaces,and simplified the core network structure,the supporting billing scheme also needs to be reconstructed.Based on 5G network SA networking,the evolution process of 4G/NSA billing to 5G/SA converged billing is analyzed,the characteristics and advantages of 5G/SA converged billing are clarified,in addition,the paper discusses the functions of the integrated charging con-necion,the charging process and the realization of charging,in order to promote the continuous optimization and improvement of the 5G/SA integrated billing scheme,and create an economical,agile and efficient integrated billing scheme.
