摘 要:为了实现小功率电源的高隔离、耐压、减少输出纹波,设计了一种基于LM25183控制芯片,使用双闭环结构控制的小功率反激式开关电源。该方案采用了面积乘积法(Area Product,AP)法进行变压器设计,利用准谐振技术,降低交叉损耗,实现了低电流关闭、低电压导通。对开关管采用RCD箝位保护电路,实现4~42 V的宽输入电压范围,直流15 V的稳定输出。由于只有一个组件穿过隔离层,因此可以有效地实现高隔离。最后通过实物的测试波形分析,该方案效率可达85%。实物测试结果证明了该方案设计的可行性和正确性。In order to achieve high isolation,withstand voltage and reduce output ripple of the low-power power supply,a low-power flyback switching power supply based on LM25183 as the control chip and controlled by a double closed-loop structure is designed.The scheme adopts(AP)method for transformer design,uses quasi-resonant technology to reduce crossover loss,and realizes low-current shutdown and low-voltage turn-on.The Residual Current Device(RCD)clamping protection circuit is used for the switch tube to achieve a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 42 V and a stable output of DC 15 V.Since only one component passes through the isolation layer,high isolation can be effectively achieved.Finally,through the physical test waveform analysis,the ripple voltage of this scheme is less than 50 mv,and the efficiency can reach 85%.The physical test results prove the feasibility and correctness of the scheme design.
