摘　　要：QuEChERS是近年来发展迅速的一种多组分分析净化方法,结合液液萃取和分散固相萃取技术,对进行色谱及质谱分析的样品进行预处理。文章介绍了QuEChERS方法,并与其他预处理方法进行比较,同时综述了近年来QuEChERS方法在饲料中霉菌毒素、抗生素等分析中的应用。QuEChERS is a purification method that has developed rapidly in recent years.It combines liquid-liquid extraction and dispersive solid-phase extraction technology to supply the clean samples for multi-component analysis by chromatographic and mass spectrometry analysis.In this paper,the QuEChERS method was introduced and compared with other pretreatment methods,and was also reviewed the application of QuEChERS in the analysis of mycotoxins and antibiotics of feeds in the past few years was also reviewed.
