摘 要:试验旨在研究不同饲粮类型对绒山羊瘤胃微生物数量的影响,从而筛选出最佳的饲粮类型,为优化绒山羊饲料配方提供科学依据。试验选取24只体重相近的8月龄绒山羊母羊,随机分成4个处理组,每组6只母羊。4个处理组分别为玉米秸秆组(CS组)、玉米秸秆+补饲精料组(CC组)、苜蓿青干草组(AH组)和苜蓿青干草+补饲精料组(AC组)。预试期20 d,正试期20 d。研究结果表明:饲喂苜蓿所产生的甲烷菌数量显著低于玉米秸秆组(P<0.05);苜蓿组纤维分解菌产琥珀酸丝状杆菌数量显著低于玉米秸秆组(P<0.05);玉米秸秆组的原虫在数量上高于苜蓿组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),补饲精料可使绒山羊瘤胃内原虫数量有所减少;微生物间的相关系数分析结果表明,各种菌间相关系数大部分都大于0.5,表明相关性较好。综上所述,优质牧草有利于减少产甲烷菌和原虫数量,并且补饲精料后会进一步降低产甲烷菌和原虫的数量。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different diet types on rumen microbial quantity of cashmere goats to screen out the best diet type and provide a scientific basis for optimizing the cashmere goat feed formula.Twenty-four eight-month-old cashmere goat ewes with similar body weight were randomly divided into four treatment groups with six ewes in each group.The four treatment groups were corn straw group(CS),corn straw + concentrate supplementation group(CC),alfalfa hay group(AH),and alfalfa hay + concentrate supplementation group(AC).The pre-test period was 20 days,and the formal period was 20 days.The resultsshowed that:the number of methanogens producedby feeding alfalfa was significantly lower than that ofthe corn straw group(P0.05).The quantity of protozoa in the rumen of cashmere goatscould be reduced by feeding concentrate.Analysis results of correlation coefficients between microorgan-isms showed that most of the correlation coefficients between various microorganisms were greater than0.5,indicating a good correlation.In conclusion,high quality forage was beneficial to reduce the numberof produced methanogens and protozoa,and concentrate supplementation would further reduce the num-ber of produced methanogens and protozoa.
