摘　　要：梳理了中国城乡土地要素流动的政策改革历程,分析了城乡土地要素流动现状及存在的问题,总结了目前相关文献研究的不足和发展面临的挑战,提出了解决土地要素配置问题的有效方法和未来学术研究的方向,旨在为促进土地要素市场化配置、城乡产业健康发展以及缩小城乡贫富差距提供建议与参考。This paper reviews the policy reform process of urban and rural land factor flow in China,analyzes the current situation and problems of urban and rural land factor flow,summarizes the deficiencies and challenges of relevant literature research,and proposes effective methods to solve the problem of land factor allocation and the direction of future academic research.The purpose is to provide suggestions and references for promoting the market-oriented allocation of land factors,the healthy development of urban and rural industries and narrowing the gap between urban and rural wealth.
