摘　　要：浮法玻璃熔窑蓄热室格子体承担进气排烟和蓄热的重要功能,随着窑炉运行时间的延长,蓄热室格子体会逐渐堵塞,进而影响生产稳定性和能耗水平。重点对浮法玻璃蓄热室格子体堵塞原因进行了分析,通过对处理方式的创新,实现了蓄热室格子体的持续畅通,保证生产稳定性和能耗的受控,同时延长了窑龄。The checkers in the regenerator of the float glass furnace is responsible for the important works of the air intake,smoke exhaust and heat storage.With the prolongation of the furnace running,the checkers in the regenerator will be blocked gradually,which affects the production stability and increases the energy consumption.The causes of the blockage of the checkers in the regenerator are analyzed in details.The checkers in the regenerator can be kept flowing by the innovation of the treatment measures,which ensure the production stability and control the energy consumption.The campaign of the furnace is prolonged also.
