摘  要:髓内钉是治疗转子间骨折的主要手术方式,目前运用较多的髓内钉系统有Gamma钉、PFNA、InterTan等。髓内钉系统的直径、长短、头钉、曲率半径和远端螺钉是骨科医师选择内固定器械时常常需要考虑的因素,本文阐述了髓内钉系统的直径、长短、头钉、曲率半径和远端螺钉与骨折稳定性的关系。熟悉并熟练运用髓内钉器械可以为患者提供个体化、精准化的治疗,保证稳定性,减少并发症发生,降低再手术率。Intramedullary nailing is the main surgical method for treating intertrochanteric fractures.At present,many intramedullary nail systems have been used,including Gamma nail,PFNA,InterTan,etc.The diameter,length,head nail,radius of curvature and distal screw must be carefully considered in choosing the internal fixation device.In this review,the diameter,length,head nail,radius of curvature and distal screw and the fracture stability are discussed.Familiarity with intramedullary nail equipment and skilled use of intramedullary nail instruments can provide individualized and precise treatment for patients,ensure stability,reduce the occurrence of complications and the rate of reoperation.
