森林公园旅游竞争力影响因素研究

摘　　要：以南京老山国家森林公园为例进行实证研究,阅读文献从环境、服务、经济三个角度入手,共筛选出16个影响旅游竞争力的因素,邀请相关领域专家学者对因素进行打分,根据数据结合解释结构模型挖掘影响其旅游竞争力的影响因素。得出结论:政府扶持力度(A_(12))、景区管理水平(A_(11))和游客满意度(A_(10))作为最深层影响因素,对森林公园旅游竞争力的发展具有深刻影响。基于此,提出了从政府、管理、游客三方面整合旅游资源,打造最美花园;引进专家智囊,全面持续发展;优化服务质量,提升游客满意的建议。This paper took Nanjing Laoshan National Forest Park as an example for empirical research and read the literature from three perspectives of environment,service and economy,screens out a total of 16 factors affecting tourism competitiveness,it invited experts and scholars in related fields to score the factors,and dig out the influencing factors affecting its tourism competitiveness based on the data combined with the explanatory structural model.It was concluded that government support(A_(12)),scenic area management level(A_(11))and tourist satisfaction(A_(10)),as the deepest influencing factors,had profound impact on the development of forest park tourism competitiveness.Based on this,it drawn insights from the government,management and tourists:integrating tourism resources to create the most beautiful garden;introducing expert think-tanks for comprehensive and sustainable development;and optimizing service quality to enhance tourists satisfaction.In order to provide reference for the government and relevant departments to improve tourism competitiveness,it thought to enhance tourists satisfaction and develop tourism projects in depth.
