摘  要:针对双重螺旋法加工的螺旋锥齿轮,研究了齿轮啮合过程中的重合度设计问题。通过齿面主动设计方法,在给定所需接触迹倾斜角度和传动误差曲线幅值的前提下,求解了满足重合度设计要求的齿轮加工参数。以一对43/8准双曲线齿轮副为例,通过齿面接触分析和计算机仿真验证了重合度设计方法的有效性。Aiming at the spiral bevel and hypoid gears which generated by duplex helical method,the design of contact ratio in the course of gear meshing was studied.By means of the active design method of tooth surface,the gear machine settings which met the requirements of the design of contact ratio were solved on the premise of the required contact mark inclination angle and transmission errors curve amplitude.Taking a pair of 8×43 hypoid gears as an example,the validity of the design method of contact ratio was verified by tooth contact analysis and computer simulation.
