摘　　要：目的报告1例多诱因导致的脱髓鞘脑病(demyelinating encephalopathy)。方法对1例以多诱因导致的脱髓鞘脑病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并结合相关文献进行复习。结果患者予甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠大剂量冲击治疗联合营养神经等对症治疗后精神症状明显改善,好转出院。结论当脱髓鞘脑病患者伴随一系列神经系统损害症状就诊时,应积极找出诱因并确定相应分型,迅速制定治疗方案,避免延误诊断和治疗。Objective To report a case of demyelinating encephalopathy caused by multiple causes.Methods The clinical data of a patient with demyelinating encephalopathy caused by multiple causes were retrospectively analyzed,and the related literature was reviewed.Results After high-dose pulse therapy with methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with other symptomatic treatments such as nutritional nerve,the patient′s mental symptoms improved significantly and he was discharged from hospital.Conclusion When demyelinating encephalopathy patients are accompanied by a series of symptoms of nervous system damage,they should actively find out the incentives and determine the corresponding types,and quickly formulate a treatment plan to avoid delay in diagnosis and treatment.
