探究透明帽辅助内镜下注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗出血性内痔的临床效果及对患者满意程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨借助透明帽辅助内镜注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗出血性内痔的效果。方法选取2019年4月—2021年4月东南大学医学院附属江阴医院收治的50例出血性内痔患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组25例。对照组接受常规手术治疗,观察组执行透明帽辅助内镜下注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗。比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,对照组总有效率72.00%,观察组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.357,P<0.05);观察组的总满意度为96.00%,对照组总满意度为72.00%,观察组总满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.357,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.00%,对照组并发症发生率为24.00%,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论借助透明帽辅助内镜注射聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗出血性内痔,效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of transparent cap-assisted endoscopic injection of lauryl alcohol foam sclerosing agent in the treatment of hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 50 patients with hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids who were treated in Jiangyin Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University School of Medicine from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional surgical treatment,while the observation group received transparent cap-assisted endoscopic injection of lauryl alcohol foam sclerotherapy.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 72.00%,the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,and the total satisfaction of the control group was 72.00%.The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.357,P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was 4.00%,and that in the control group was 24.00%.Compared with the control group,the complication rate in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic injection of lauryl alcohol foam sclerosing agent with the aid of transparent cap in the treatment of hemorrhagic internal hemorrhoids has a good effect.
