摘　　要：目的分析急诊科肥胖患者紧急气管插管中使用HC可视喉镜的效果。方法以2019年8月—2021年8月深圳市石岩人民医院收治的80例急诊科肥胖患者为研究对象,入院后遵循随机数字法分为T组和HC组,每组40例,T组使用传统光学喉镜,HC组使用HC可视喉镜,观察声门暴露情况、记录插管情况并统计并发症。结果HC组声门暴露成功率95.00%高于T组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05)。HC组插管次数以及插管时间均优于T组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HC组气管插管的并发症发生率7.50%明显低于T组32.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.812,P=0.005)。结论HC可视喉镜能达到多重作用,可维持较好的声门暴露效果,且能减少咽喉损伤,维持较高的插管成功率,可应用于各肥胖患者的插管治疗。Objective To analyze the effect of using HC video laryngoscope in emergency tracheal intubation of obese patients in emergency de⁃partment.Methods The sample size of 80 patients admitted to Shenzhen Shiyan People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 was in⁃cluded in the obese patients in the emergency department.After admission,the random number method was followed,and they were divided into T group and HC group,with 40 patients in each group.T group used a traditional optical laryngoscope,and HC group used a HC video la⁃ryngoscope to observe the glottis exposure,record the intubation,and count complications.Results The success rate of glottis exposure in the HC group was 95.00%higher than that in the T group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).The intubation times and intubation time of the HC group were better than those of the T group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of tracheal intubation in the HC group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than that in the T group 32.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.812,P=0.005).Conclusion HC video laryngoscope can achieve multiple functions,maintain a good glottis exposure effect,reduce throat injury,and maintain a high success rate of intubation.It can be applied to the intubation treatment of various obese patients.
